This module describes monitoring and evaluation of mentoring activities. Evaluation of mentoring activities is paramount to the success of mentoring activities; therefore, it is important that it is conducted in a manner which is accurately reflects the success or failure of the programme. There are different types of mentoring, and there are also various methods of monitoring and evaluating the mentoring process. It is important that a “best fit” approach is used.
The module is split in to two sections;

- M3_07 Conduct evaluation of the mentoring process
